Shipping Policy

NeeDoh ships orders only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international delivery.

Free US standard shipping

Every United States order receives free standard shipping. Applicable sales tax is calculated as required by law and shown at checkout.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard transit usually takes 4–6 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays, and severe weather or carrier disruptions can affect arrival dates.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email when the order ships. Carrier scans may take a short time to appear after the shipping confirmation is issued.

Address accuracy and delivery

Please verify the delivery address before checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, carrier restrictions may prevent an address change.

Cancellation and delivery concerns

Orders may be canceled before shipment when possible. After shipment, returns are handled under our Refund Policy. For a missing or damaged package, send the order number and relevant details to our support team.
