Refund Policy
We want your NeeDoh purchase to arrive as expected. This policy explains returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for orders placed with NeeDoh.
30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Except for items received damaged, defective, or incorrect, products should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the packaging and proof of purchase.
Free return arrangements
NeeDoh pays return shipping for both no-reason returns and returns involving a quality problem, damage, defect, or incorrect item. After approval, we provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return arrangement. For an approved exchange, we also cover the standard shipment of the replacement item.
Items that cannot be returned
Customized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened personal-use or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Product safety warnings and care instructions remain applicable.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos when appropriate. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund under this policy.
Refund timing
After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.
Cancellations
An order may be canceled before shipment when operationally possible. After shipment, the order is handled through this Refund Policy.
